Question: Completely lost on home security alarms help?!?

So ive been looking for alarms to add to my home, but when i call they ask me for my information like where i live. and i do not want to give that out i just want prices. any ways online didn't really answer my question so im here. so my question is how much does it cost and what does it cover?. (companies like adt brinks and any others) ive seen that most cover 2- 3 doors or windows! what in the world i have 18! how much would it cost to protect all 18? would that be in the installation fee or would it also increase my monthly bill. the reason i want to cover everything is i live in a not so nice place and i have been burglarized before. i just peace of mind. another thing, around how much is the installation fee? the more windows and doors i have the higher the price it will be? what did you pay for and how many windows and doors did you protect ? thank you ahead of time

My friend did her house for about $600.00 but it depends on what you really want... you have to get a proper qoute so they do need to come to your home... adt/ brinks are very good. my sis uses adt... hope this helps
